Neither my normal Tuesday Group nor the group I sometimes experience with on Sundays has gone out for just a few weeks due to all of the rain we’ve had. However yesterday we had lovely sunny skies so I went on a pleasant outing with the Sunday group. We did a difficult two and a half hours, with climbs each on the East facet of city (up Thomas Grade and thru the Vacation lake neighborhood) and the West facet (up Willow springs then again by way of Paradise valley on Oak Glen Ave). These of us are quicker than me, particularly within the hills, so I rode my e-assist bike so I may sustain.
